Paul tells us in Romans 12:1-2 that we are to renew our minds so that God will be please with us.
Again I ask, how do we do this?
God tells Joshua how to do this in Joshua 1:8. If you read 7-9, you will see that God will bring blessing if we don't forget how to live for Him and the way we are reminded of how to live for Him is to meditate on His word (saying it to ourselves over and over again).
